This workshop lets you analyze and apply governance best practices resulting from Dr. Bart’s ground-breaking research. Filled with ample practical advice, this workshop is designed to help directors cope immediately with the governance avalanche currently overwhelming most boards.

Upon completion, the successful participant will be able to:

  • Analyze and isolate the governance problems and weaknesses in their own organization
  • Apply the appropriate governance structures and systems to their organizations and avoid those that are not
  • Eliminate the major governance “causes” of low-performing organizations
  • Implement the “easy fixes” in governance and orchestrate the acceptance of the bigger and longer term ones
