Video Game Design – Wild Pacific (Ages 8-11)

From tide pools to the dark, cold depths of the ocean floor, the waters off the coast of BC are teeming with exotic creatures. This camp explores the biodiversity of marine life found along BC’s coast using game design. Using board games as a jumping-off point, you’ll create video games and learn the key principles of game design from a curriculum designed by game artists and engineers. You’ll also learn how to use Unity3D, the software of choice for game developers around the world.
