Teen Technology Lab (Ages 13+)

Summer 2018

Sometimes the best way to understand how something works is to hack it! This week is all about opening up the technology that powers today’s world and understanding how it works. Cell phones, laptops, tablets, computers, and drones—you’ll open them up and see how they work. Bring your ideas and questions to help get your own hacker project off the ground. Whether your interests are in installing Linux on a computer, configuring a router, working with hardware design and Arduino boards to create a time-lapse camera or in just tinkering with 3D animation and game design, you’ll learn how to use the design process to scope your project and get started.
