This course is relevant for anyone looking to become better at being present, mindful and balanced at work, at home, as a leader, as a parent and as a working professional balancing multiple priorities in day-to-day life. Learn to draw on your own inner resources to create a healthy balance in your personal and professional life, reduce stress, be mindful and experience increased emotional strength, resiliency and renewal for healing. You will learn to ground yourself in the present moment, and learn how to work with uncomfortable mind states through clinically proven mindfulness practices and exercises, such as breathing techniques, relaxation and walking meditation.
