Hardware Design Lab (Ages 11 – 14)

Do you like to solve problems by making and breaking things? Are you fascinated not only with programming but computer hardware as well? If so, this camp is for you. Low-cost microcomputers like the Raspberry Pi and microcontrollers like Arduino give makers a quick, affordable way to build cool hardware. This camp brings circuits, switches, sensors and software together so you can make fun and functional hardware devices. You also get to solder and program in C and C# to build video game controllers and experiment with various types of hardware.

NOTE: Previous programming experience is an asset but not a requirement. There will be plenty of typing in this camp so brush up on your keyboarding skills!
