This spring, the Capilano University Festival Chorus, along with the Capilano University Singers, the Vancouver Philharmonic Orchestra, and conductors Janna Sailor and Lars Kaario, perform Mozart’s Great Mass in C Minor, along with popular opera choruses, including Brindisi’s La Traviata, the Anvil Chorus from Verdi’s Il Trovatore, and March of the Toreadors from Bizet’s Carmen. Bravo!

About Capilano University Festival Chorus:
The chorus sings the vast range of choral music from the medieval period to newly commissioned works. Past concerts include Handel’s Messiah, Charpentier’s Te Deum, Fauré’s Requiem, Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, the 4th movement of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass, Bach’s Magnificat, Vivaldi’s Gloria, Mozart, Brahms, and Fauré’s Requiem, and Schubert’s Mass in C.
