Blanca Paniagua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages, and a Master’s degree in Translation from the University of Puerto Rico. Prior to her moving to British Columbia, she was an instructor of Spanish at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, and the Inter-American University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She has more than ten years of experience teaching individual and group classes of all levels at various companies. Being an avid traveller herself, Blanca’s desire to share her cultural and language expertise with her students comes as no surprise.

When Blanca is not translating or teaching, she spends most of her free time rock-climbing or dancing, and always finds the time to volunteer. She has been working with Tourism Vancouver for more than six years, showcasing her city and province with pride.
